Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2002 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Salary Grade 005, delete the titles "Lead Project Inspection Supervisor" and "Lead Project Coordinator (HUD)."

Under Salary Grade 006, add the title "Environmental Health Field Supervisor."

Under Salary Grade 007, add the title "Lead Hazard Prevention Manager."

Part 2. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2002 – December 23, 2001):

Under Salary Grade 010, add the footnote designation "2/" following the title "Electrical Services Supervisor II" and add the following footnote: "2/ The employee in this title who is designated to hold the Type C Contractors Electrical license for the City in the Buildings and Fleet Division shall receive an additional $120.00 per pay period."

Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part 4. The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2002(December 23, 2001).

The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.

Part 5. The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
