Analysis
This resolution accepts Sewer Easements SE-2694A, SE-2694B and SE-2694C located in the area bounded by West Oklahoma Avenue, the Kinnickinnic River Parkway, South 27th Street and South 31st Street.
Body
Whereas, St. Luke's Medical Center is beginning the construction of additional facilities at it's hospital complex located adjacent to the Kinnickinnic River Parkway west of South 27th Street; and

Whereas, These additions require the construction of an 21" sanitary sewer as an alternative to the existing sanitary sewer currently located under their building complex; and

Whereas, A new sanitary sewer has been designed that would extend around the hospital. and connect to the existing sanitary sewer in South 31st Street; and

Whereas, The easement for said sewers is in the properties owned by Grace Evangelical Lutheran church, the Milwaukee County and St. Luke's Medical Center; and

Whereas, Sewer Easements SE-2694A, SE-2694B and SE-2694C granting permission to the City to construct and maintain sewers has been granted by Grace Evangelical Lutheran church, the Milwaukee County and St. Luke's Medical Center and approved as to contents, form, and execution by the proper City officers; and

Whereas, During the construction of the facilities in the permanent easement, two (2) temporary easements will be granted and will be terminated upon the completion of the construction of the facilities in the permanent easement; and

Whereas, Sewer Easements SE-2694A, SE-2694B and SE-2694C will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicab...
