A substitute ordinance relating to snow parking regulations.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in the 3rd

Aldermanic District.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

 

“On the north side of East park Place from North Cambridge Avenue to North Bartlett Avenue”

 

Part 2.  Section 101-26.5-1 of the Code relating to No Parking When Snowfalls 4 Inches or More is amended by adding the following:

 

On the north side of East Park Place from North Bartlett Avenue west to the dead end
