Title

Analysis
This ordinance provides that the service plan for the citywide emergency medical service plan commencing on January 1, 2005 may be for a period of less than 5 years; currently the code specifies that the plan is for a period of 5 years.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1.  Section 75-15-13-b-3 of the code is created to read:
75-15.      Ambulance Certification Regulations.
13.  SERVICE AREAS.
b.  Assignment of Service Areas and Support Status.
b-3.  Notwithstanding the period of the service plan specified in subd. 2, the plan commencing on January 1, 2005 may be for a period of less than 5 years.
