This resolution authorizes 1999 (Year 25) Community Development Block Grant training expenditures in the City Comptroller's Accounting and Auditing Services Project.
BODY:
Whereas, The Mayor and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee have authorized the City Comptroller to implement the project Accounting and Auditing Services within the City of Milwaukee's 1999 Community Development Program in Resolution File Number 981080, adopted on November 24, 1998; and
Whereas, This resolution includes project funds in the amount of:

Accounting and Auditing Services $458,000 ;and
Whereas, The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee have set forth procedural guidelines to be followed by appropriate City officials in the handling of the Community Development Program in Resolution File Number 74-92 5v; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the Office of the Comptroller is authorized to expend from the Accounting and Auditing Services project budget an amount not to exceed $4,313 for training and out-of-town travel by Comptroller's Office staff; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the authorization for these expenditures be contingent on the availability of 1999 Community Development Block Grant funds.
