Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Broadway from East Wells Street to a point 210 feet south
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North Broadway from the south curb line of East Wells Street to a point 210 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the north side of West Villard Avenue from North 56th Street to North 57th Street from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day"
"On North 26th Street from West Lisbon Avenue to the first east/west alley north thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the west side of North 16th Street between West Walnut and West Brown Streets at any time except Sundays from 7:00 AM to Noon"
"On the east side of North 3rd Street from the driveway at 3832 to a point 62 feet north"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
In the alley bounded by North Cass Street, North Marshall Street, East Kilbourn Avenue and East Wells Street at any time
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of Old World 3rd Street from West State Street to West Kilbourn Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On Old World 3rd Street from West Juneau Avenue to West State Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On West State Street from the Milwaukee River to North 3rd Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
