Whereas, Cartralle Jones applied for a food dealer license for Sweets N Feets at 7530 W. Appleton Ave.; and

Whereas, The local alderman, Joe Davis, objected to the issuance of this license; and

Whereas, The Licenses Committee held an evidentiary hearing on the application on November 27, 2007; and

Whereas, At the committee hearing, Mr. Jones withdrew his application for this license at this location; and

Whereas, The Committee accepted the license application withdrawal; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the withdrawal of the food dealer application of Cartalle Jones for Sweets N Feets at 7530 W. Appleton Ave. is accepted.
