THE CHAIR questioned whether any of the applicants or their counsel was present and wished to address the Council.
Tareq A. Hamed - The applicant was present.
ALD. Witkowiak moved that the Common Council do now resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the applicant's attorney and Assistant City Attorney.
PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
Attorney Michael Whitcomb and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Committee relative to the foregoing matter.
ALD. BUTLER moved that the Committee do now rise.

ALD. GORDON moved to renew the application of Tareq Hamed notwithstanding the recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee.
