This ordinance will permit the construction of a new office building in the Honey Creek Corporate Center.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-820(2)(b).0106.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-810(1) of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the detailed plan for Phase 2 of a General Planned Development known as Honey Creek Corporate Center, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit "A" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is amended to change from General Planned Development (GPD) to Detailed Planned Development (DPD), the area bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at a concrete monument with brass cap at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; thence North 86 deg. 45 min. 04 sec. East on and along the North line of said Northwest 1/4 683.80 feet to a point; thence South 01 deg. 44 min. 52 sec. East 100.03 feet to the Northwest corner of said Parcel 1 and the South line of a 100 foot WEPCO right-of-way; thence North 86 deg. 45 min. 04 sec. East on and along the North line of said Parcel 1 ...
