This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to reactivate the traffic signal at W. Bolivar Avenue and S. 6th Street.

BODY:

Whereas, The trial deactivation of the traffic signal operation at this location impacts the crossing of S. 6th Street by students of Burdick and Whittier Schools; and

Whereas, The Infrastructure Services Division recommends the reactivation of traffic signal operation; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to reactivate the traffic signal at W. Bolivar Avenue and S. 6th Street.
