Analysis
This resolution authorizes the proper City officers to execute an easement to the Wisconsin Electric Power Company to install, maintain, and replace underground utilities and a pad-mounted transformer and associated facilities over, across and under certain City-owned land.
Body
Whereas, In order to accomplish this service, the Wisconsin Electric Power Company has submitted an easement granting them the right to enter upon and across City-owned property located at 6732 N. Industrial Road in order to provide sufficient electrical power to the City's Sanitation/Forestry Headquarters at 6732 N. Industrial Road; and
 
Whereas, The terms of said easement are set out and attached to this file and approved as to content by Buildings and Fleet Services and as to form by the Office of the City Attorney; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said easement be and the same is hereby approved, and the proper City officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Milwaukee; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That after said easement has been executed by the proper City officers, it shall be returned to the Office of the City Attorney for approval as to execution and proper distribution.
