This ordinance will change the zoning for an expansion of the current institutional church to the north of this property.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-130(10).0027. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 35th Street, the centerline of West Hampton Avenue, the westerly right-of-way line of the Soo Line Railroad, a line 435.05 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Hampton Avenue, a line 155.17 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 35th Street, a line 376.38 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Hampton Avenue, a line 81.30 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 35th Street, and a line 321.75 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Hampton Avenue, from Industrial (I/B/85 and I/D/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40).
