Title
An ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Marshall Street from East Wisconsin Avenue to North Marshall Steet to a point 95 feet north thereof any time”
“On the south side of East Mason Street from the west curb line of North Cass Street to a point 128 feet west thereof any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 6th Street from the north curb line of West Cleveland Avenue to a point 60 feet north
On the south side of West Highland Boulevard from a point 190 feet East of North 35th Street to a point 62 feet east thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On East Mason Street from North Water Street to North Marshall Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On East Wells Street from North Cass Street to North Marshall Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM”
“On East Wells Street from North Cass Street to North Marshall Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday”
“On North Cass Street from East Wells Street to East Juneau Avenue from 7:00AM to 7:00PM”
“On North Marshall Street from East Wells Street to East Wisconsin Avenue from 7:00AM to 6:00PM”
“On the north side of East Wisconsin Avenue from North Cass Street to North Prospect Avenue from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday”
“On the south side of East Wisconsin Avenue from North Cass Street to North Prospect Avenue from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday”
