Analysis
This ordinance authorizes the city clerk to employ employes holding the positions of production technician, production assistant and television production specialist II for overtime assignments and compensate them with cash payments or compensatory time off.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 350-13 of the code is created to read:
350-13. Overtime of Certain City Clerk Employes. Whenever it becomes necessary in the judgement of the city clerk, the city clerk may employ employes holding the positions of production technician, production assistant and television production specialist II for overtime assignments and compensate them with cash payments or compensatory time off.
