Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $630.00 payable to Attorney Gerald P. Boyle, 1124 West Wells Street, 53233, to reimburse him for legal fees for defense of the following Police Department employees:
