Whereas, The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and City of Milwaukee are undertaking traffic mitigation improvements on local streets to accommodate traffic diversion along the I-94 East/West Freeway Construction Project corridor as authorized under File Number 251145; and
Whereas, WisDOT must change the Project I.D. from 1060-27-71 to 1060-27-90, which requires execution of a revised agreement and funds to be transferred; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works and the Comptroller are hereby authorized to execute the revised Project Agreement that provides reimbursement of actual costs for necessary services and items provided by the City for traffic impact mitigation measures to improve safety and flow for motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists on local streets in conjunction with the I-94 East/West Project in 2025 and 2026, a copy of which is attached and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
