Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. Sherman Blvd. – Structure over Lincoln Creek (BR30881401) (2155-02-70) File Number 872651: Structure replacement including approaches. (State or Federal Funds -- $1,155,000; Nonassessable State Aid Local Bridge Funds -- $289,700; State/Federal Grantor Local Bridge Fund -- $151,100) These funds shall be transferred to the construction account BR30881410; and N. Sherman Blvd. – Structure over Lincoln Creek. (ST30881401) (2155-02-70): (Nonassessable State Aid Paving Fund -- $48,500; State/Federal Grantor Paving Fund -- $22,500) These funds shall be transferred to the construction account ST30881410.
