- ANALYSIS -
This resolution will rescind the authority to construct roadway and install water main in W. Kiehnau Ave. between N. 109th St. and 355 ft. m/l west of N. 110th St. part of Heritage Heights Development because it will now be apart of the Development Heritage Meadows.
BODY:
Whereas, On November 6, 1995, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted File Number 950939 approving the paving construction and water main installation of W. Kiehnau Ave., and
Whereas, Said projects are no longer part of the Heritage Heights Development but are part of the Heritage Meadows Development; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that W. Kiehnau Ave. paving and water project be rescinded as follows:
"W. Kiehnau Ave. - N. 109th St. to 355 ft. m/l west of N. 110th St. (Omit Sidewalks) (960-0430-6) File Number 950834: New asphalt rural cross-section pavement construction, driveway approaches as necessary, sodding, and grading. (Developer Paving Fund 72-549---210-8000 -- $38,500)
W. Kiehnau Ave. - N. 109th St. to 355 ft. m/l west of N. 110th St. (828-1486-7) File Number 950834: Install water main. (Developer Water Fund 42-641---301-0001 -- $53,000)"
; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the proper city officers comply with the requirements of File Number 881665, said File being the Guidelines for the Control of Capital Expenditures.
