The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 252-75.5 of the code is created to read:
252-75.5. Landscape Design Features.
1. DEFINITION. In this section, "large landscape design feature" means any decorative inanimate object that measures one cubic yard or larger.
2. APPROVAL REQUIRED. No person may place a large landscape design feature on any property containing a single-, 2- or multi-family dwelling unless that installation has been reviewed and approved by the zoning committee of the common council.
