Analysis

This Resolution authorizes payment of the claim of Wayne and Kathy Madro in the amount of $6,377.48.

Body

Whereas, The claimants, Wayne and Kathy Madro, C.I. File No: 07-L-58,  have filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $6,377.48; and

Whereas, The City has agreed to pay the claim in the amount of $6,377.48; and

Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $6,377.48, payable to the order of Wayne and Kathy Madro, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Water Department’s Liability Account 006300 - Fund No. 0410 - Organization - 6410 - Program 2631 - Sub Class R643.
