Whereas, A request to include Street Lighting and City Underground Conduits (CUC) as Non-Participating Utility Items in Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Contract 2967-17-00/70/71 State Trunk Highway 181 (North 76th Street over Union Pacific Railroad) has been forwarded to WisDOT and approved by WisDOT; and

Whereas, The Department of Public Works shall notify the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee of project cost overruns and changes in scope approved by the Department of Public Works; and

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee recognizes that the City is 100 percent liable for project cost overruns and changes in scope as approved by the Department of Public Works; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute the agreement for...
