Title
Motion amending the schedule of Common Council and Committee Meetings for the year 2004.
Analysis
This motion establishes meeting dates for the Community and Economic Development Committee for April through December 2004. This committee has been created by the Common Council to replace the current Community Development Committee and Economic Development Committee, effective with the new Council term. The new committee would meet on the dates and times previously scheduled for the Community Development Committee.
Body
It is moved, by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the calendar of Common Council and Committee meetings for the year 2004 as approved by File Number 030565 on September 23, 2003, is amended by:
1) deleting all meetings listed for the Economic Development Committee after March 29, 2004, and
2) replacing all meetings listed for the Community Development Committee after March 30, 2004, with meetings of the Community and Economic Development Committee.
