Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of South 41st Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Steet anytime”
“West Hoyt Place (north side) from a point 100 feet east of the north curb line of West Fond du Lac Avenue to the first north/south alley east thereof at anytime”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Cambridge Avenue from East Royall Place to a point 30 feet south
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On West Hoyt Place from West Fond du Lac Avenue to West Leon Terrace”
“On the north side of West Lisbon Avenue from North 37th Street to North 38th Street from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the south side of West Lisbon Avenue from North 37th Street to North 39th Street from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 4. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternating Side Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North Palmer Street from East Vine Street to East Center Street”
Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-3 of the Code relating to Alternating Side Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North Palmer Street from East Vine Street to East Center
