Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Water St. - A point 200 feet m/l north of W. Pleasant St. to N. Holton St. Viaduct (ST211030142/TD04884006) File Number 021757: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $46,800; TID 48 Funds -- $215,900)

4th Aldermanic District

W. Michigan St. - The Milwaukee River to N. 8th St. (ST211030106) File Number 020390: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, grading, and retaining the right-turn bypass lanes at the intersection of N. 6th St. and W. Michigan St. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $235,000; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $500,000)
