Whereas, The Triumph Community Development Corp. was award $40,000 in HOME reprogramming funds as approved under CCFN 030180 dated June 3, 2003; and
 
Whereas, CBGA has requested updated information on the status of the project.  To date, CBGA has not received sufficient data to ensure awarding a HOME contract to this organization (Refer to Attachment A); and
 
Whereas, The Community and Economic Development Committee recommends approval to rescind the $40,000 of HOME funds awarded to this organization.  The $40,000 will be transferred to the HOME Contingency account; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the rescission of the HOME award of $40,000 to the Triumph Community Development Corp.
