Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601.2.0024. The zoning map is amended for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within North Farwell Avenue, the zoning line within East Greenwich Avenue, the zoning line within North Frederick Avenue, a line 160 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Greenwich Avenue, a line 70 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Frederick Avenue, a line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Greenwich Avenue, a line 85 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Frederick Avenue, a line 80 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Greenwich Avenue, a line 110 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Frederick Avenue, a line 40 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Greenwich Avenue, and a line 145 feet East and parallel to the East line of North Frederick Avenue, from Two-Family Residential (RT3) to Local Business (LB2).
