Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Downer Avenue from East Newberry Boulevard to a point 50 feet north
On the west side of North Downer Avenue from East Newberry Boulevard to a point 50 feet south
On the east side of North Maryland Avenue from East Newberry Boulevard to a point 50 feet south
Part 2. Section 101-32-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Fifteen-Minute Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Wisconsin Avenue from North Jackson Street to a point 55 feet east from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
