This resolution declares said vacant lots surplus and authorizes the sale of same to Milwaukee Habitat For Humanity, Inc., for new residential construction.
BODY:
Whereas, Milwaukee Habitat For Humanity, Inc., wishes to acquire the following vacant, tax deed and/or City-owned lots for $1.00 each to construct residential units for owner-occupants:

; and
Whereas, The City Plan Commission has approved the sale of said vacant lots to be consummated in the manner provided for in Section 304-49 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said lots are declared surplus, sale is approved, and that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to perform such acts as may be required to consummate the sale.
