Substitute resolution updating the City's Minimun Wage Schedule to incorporate new wage rates and fringe benefit changes.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in letter(s) from the International Union of Operating Engineers, dated April 14, 1997, the Department of Public Works, dated April 21, 1997 and the Department of Employee Relations, dated May 6, 1997, and attached to Common Council File Number 970225; and, be it

Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
