Title

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Cave Enterprises Operations, LLC and will allow for commercial uses on the eastern portion of 2733 West Euclid Avenue.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2733 West Euclid Avenue, Tax Key No. 533-9985-111 (Lot 1 of CSM DCD No. 3177), from Two-Family Residential (RT2) to Local Business (LB2).
