To amend Attachment A to this file by:
1. Reducing the recommended funding for the request titled "New Concept Self Development Center - Fatherhood Initiative Collaborative" by $10,000, from $20,000 to $10,000.
2. Increasing the recommended funding for the request titled "Wisconsin Community Services - Job Training and Placement (Welding)"from $0 to $10,000.

To amend Attatchment A to this file by:
1. Reducing the recommended funding for the request titled "Large Impact Development (Economic Development - Catalytic Projects)" by $30,000, from $212,954 to $182,954.
2. Providing $30,000 for a new program/activity titled "Southside Organizing Committee (Community Organizing/Translation Services)".
(Note: this program/activity is not currently listed on Attachment A).
