Passage of this substitute ordinance will permit the property to be used by the Humane Society.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-520(4).0007. The zoning map is hereby amended so as to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 45th Place, the centerline of West Wisconsin Avenue, the centerline of North 44th Street and the centerline of West Wells Street from Local Business (L/D/40) to Industrial (I/D/40).
