- ANALYSIS - This resolution authorizes acceptance of funds from a prospective developer so that the Department of Public Works can design public infrastructure for a proposed industrial subdivision to be located on the south side of West Good Hope Road at North 68th Street extended. Public improvements will include storm and sanitary sewer, water main, and a new concrete street. This resolution approves an Out-of-Program Agreement between the City and Liberty Property Trust.


BODY:
Whereas, Wilson Reality Company of Wisconsin, Inc., a developer, desires to enter into an out-of-program agreement with the City of Milwaukee to provide for the installation of sanitary and storm sewer, water main, and a new concrete roadway to serve a proposed industrial subdivision to be located on the south side of West Good Hope Road and North 68th Street extended; and

Whereas, The out-of-program agreement for this development has not yet been prepared; and

Whereas, The developer wishes to expedite design engineering for the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the proposed public improvements; and

Whereas, The developer is willing to deposit the necessary amount of money to cover the design engineering costs; and

Whereas, The proposed design engineering work will be done at no cost to the City of Milwaukee; now, therefore, be it
