Analysis
Currently, the 900 blocks of North Astor Street and North Marshall Street and the 900 blocks of East State Street and East Kilbourn Avenue are excluded from the North Prospect Avenue - East Ogden Avenue commuter parking impacted area, even though they are located within the boundaries of that area.  This ordinance eliminates that exclusion.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 101-27.7-9-c-12 of the code is amended to read:
 
101-27.7.  Residential Daytime Parking Privilege for Commuter Parking Impacted Areas.
