A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Green Tree Road from a point 125 feet east of North 74^th Street to a point 150 feet east thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South Lenox Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to East Russell Avenue

On South 10^th Street from West Cleveland Avenue to a point 395 feet south

Part 3.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by striking the following:

“On South Lenox Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to East Russell Avenue”
