BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
To establish and/or alter and establish the grade or elevation of the following alleys assuming as a base the level of the Milwaukee River as it was in the month of March, 1836 A.D. Said grade between the points mentioned is to be on a straight line drawn from point to point.
1. On the flow line of the alley between West Abert Place, West Capitol Drive, North 12th Street and North 13th Street.
At the north lines of West Abert Place 145.90
At a point 475 feet north of the southerly north line of West Abert Place 143.00
At a point 225 feet north of the last named point 139.00
At a point 115 feet north of the last named point 136.00
At a point 15 feet north of the last named point 136.70
2. On the flow line of the alley between West Arthur Avenue, West Harrison Avenue, South 6th Street and South 7th Street.
At the north line of West Harrison Avenue 44.50
At a point 25 feet north of the last named point 45.80
At a point 125 feet north of the last named point 56.40
At a point 100 feet north of the last named point 62.35
