Analysis

This resolution authorizes an increase in the change fund at the Department of City Development, Development Center.

Body

Whereas, To conduct daily business at the Department of City Development, Development Center, a change fund is necessary; and

Whereas, The current allocation is $200; and

Whereas, Due to the high volume of customers served on a daily basis, it is increasingly difficult to provide change for customers under the current $200 allocation; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the sum of $200 be allocated to the Department of City Development, Development Center, from General City Cash for the purpose of increasing its change fund from $200 to $400.
