An ordinance relating to traffic and parking controls in the 4th Aldermanic District.

ANLS:

- Analysis - This ordinance establishes traffic and parking requirements on N. Broadway in the 4th Aldermanic District.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-12-4-a of the Code relating to mandatory turns is amended by adding the following:

On N. Broadway at E. Kilbourn Ave., left lane must turn left northbound

On N. Broadway at E. State St., right lane must turn right southbound

On N. Broadway at E. Juneau Ave., option left or right turn northbound

Part 2. Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Way Streets is amended by striking the following:

"On N. Broadway southbound from N. Water St. to E. St. Paul Ave."

Part 3. Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Way Streets is amended by adding the following:

On N. Broadway from N. Water St. to E. Juneau Ave. southbound

On N. Broadway from E. Michigan St. to E. St. Paul Ave. southbound

Part 4. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of N. Broadway from E. Juneau Ave. to N. Water St.
