Analysis
This ordinance changes the hours that a family day care home (serves not more than 8 children at any given time) may operate in a residential zoning district from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. to 6 a.m.-midnight.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows
Part 1. Section 295-503-2-e-4 of the code is amended to read:
295-503. Uses.
2. LIMITED USE STANDARDS.
e. Family Day Care Home.
e-4. The family day care home shall not operate between the hours of [[10 p.m.]] >>12 a.m.<< and 6 a.m.
