Whereas, The City contracts annually to provide line and grade for sewer, water, bridge, and paving projects; and

Whereas, The cost of this service is included with each project that is approved by the Common Council, now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into a contract to provide line and grade on sewer, water, bridge, and paving projects approved for 2001 construction.
