Recommendation of renewal with a 15-day suspension of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance license of Neal R. Altmann for the premises at 2800 W. Forest Home Avenue ("Scott E's Pub") in the 8th Ald. Dist. Written objections have not been filed. Recommendation of renewal with a 30-day suspension of the Class "B" Tavern and Cabaret license of John Lemley for the premises at 2023 S. Kinnickinnic Avenue ("Red Corvette Nite Club") in the 14th Ald. Dist. Written objections have not been filed. Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "D" Bartender license of Monique V. Gielow. Written objections have not been filed. THE CHAIR questioned whether all members of the Common Council had read the report and recommendations by the Utilities and Licenses Committee. Ayes: 17- Ald. Pratt, D'Amato, Henningsen, Schramm, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Frank, Richards, Butler, Scherbert, Witkowiak, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Kalwitz. Noes: 0. ALD. SCHRAMM moved to grant the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance license of Neal R. Altmann for the premises at 2800 W. Forest Home Avenue ("Scott E'sPub") in the 8th Ald. Dist. nothwithstanding the recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee to renew with a 15-day suspension. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: 17- Ald. Pratt, D'Amato, Henningsen, Schramm, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Frank, Richards, Butler, Scherbert, Witkowiak, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Kalwitz. Noes: 0. John Lemley did not appear. Monique V. Gielow did not appear. ALD. GORDON moved for adoption of the foregoing Committee Report. The motion prevailed. Ayes: 17- Ald.
