This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which are to be financed by a developer in accordance with an agreement approved by the Common Council.
BODY:
Whereas, On November 25, 1997, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted Resolution File Number 970112 authorizing an agreement between the developer of Milwaukee Metro Center Phase I and the City of Milwaukee for the installation of required improvements in certain public ways:

W. Good Hope Rd. - 150 ft. m/l east of N. 107th St. to N. 107th St. (960-1446-1) File Number 971498: Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches, sodding, modify intersection and median, and grading. (Developer Paving Fund 72-523---210-8000 -- $13,000)

N. 107th St. - 500 ft. m/l south of W. Good Hope Rd. to W. Good Hope Rd. (960-0446-3) File Number 970997: Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches, sodding, modify intersection and median, and grading. (Developer Paving Fund 72-523---210-8000 -- $125,000)

in the 15th Aldermanic District of the City of Milwaukee; and,

Whereas, Funds have been encumbered and thus set aside for the proposed public improvements; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that after the developers of said development deposit the necessary funds in accordance with said agreement, the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available...
