Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2000 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance file Number 990705 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Salary Grade 001, add the title "Pension Specialist."
Under Salary Grade 002, add the title "Disability Specialist."
Under Salary Grade 003, delete the title "pension Counselor-Senior" and add the title "Pension Specialist-Senior."
Under Salary Grade 004, add the title "Disability Specialist-Senior."
Under Salary Grade 007, delete the title of "Membership Services Manager" and add the title "Member Services Manager."
Under Salary Grade 011, add the title "Information Systems Manager-ERS."
Part 2. Section 5 of ordinances File Number 990705 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 400, add the title "Records Technician I."
Under Pay range 410, add the title "Records Technician II."
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 5. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
