A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Pierce Street from South 5^th Street to South 6^th Street from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

On the north side of West Pierce Street from a point 230 feet west of South 12^th Street to a point 25 feet west thereof

On the south side of West Pierce Street from South 12^th Street to a point 60 feet west

On the east side of South 12^th Street from a point 340 feet south of West Cleveland Avenue to a point 110 feet south thereof from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Hampton Avenue from North 74^th Street to a point 335 feet west

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On South 41^st Street from West Euclid Avenue to a point 200 feet south thereof from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West National Avenue from South 11^th Street to South 12^th Street
