Title

Analysis
This resolution will allow for modification to allow the installation of two temporary construction signs measuring up to 135 square feet each.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-814(5) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits modifications to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
 
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as St. Luke's Medical Center, Phase 2, was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on January 22, 2002, under File No. 010443; and
 
Whereas, The owner is requesting to add two temporary construction signs measuring up to 135 square feet each for the new patient tower to be completed in 2004; and
 
Whereas, The proposed construction signs are consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved detailed plan, will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the minor modification to allow for the installation of two temporary construction signs measuring up to 135 square feet each that were not previously approved as part of the Detailed Planned Development are approved.
