Recommendation of renewal with a 30-day suspension of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance licenses of Joseph Scardina for the premises at 1133-37 N. Water St. ("McGillycuddy's Bar and Grill") in the 4th Aldermanic District (Committee vote: Ayes: 3, Noes: 2) (written exceptions have been filed)
Recommendation of non-renewal for the Class "A" Malt license of Malcolm Lucas for the premises at 3426 W. Lisbon Ave. ("Lisbon Liquor") in the 17th Aldermanic District (Committee vote: Ayes: 5, Noes: 0) (no written exceptions have been filed)
The President questioned whether the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee in the matter and any written exceptions?
Ayes: 14 - Ald. Davis, D'Amato, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Wade, Dudzik, Sanchez, Witkowski, Nardelli, Murphy and Hines.
Excused: 2 - Ald. Pratt and Breier.

ALD. HINES moved that the Common Council do now resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Attorney John Birdsall
and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf relative to recommendation of renewal with a 10-day suspension for the Class "B" Tavern license of Debra Seibel for the premises at 312 W. Plainfield Ave. ("Plainfield Pub").
PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
Attorney John Birdsall and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the committee.
The 10-day suspension stayed.
Attorney Mark Cameli and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the committee relative to recommendation of renewal with a 30-day suspension of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance licenses of Joseph Scardina for the premises at 1133-37 N. Water St. ("McGillycuddy's Bar and Grill")
ALD. WADE moved that the Committee do now rise.
ALD. D'AMATO moved to renew the license without the 10-day suspension.
Ayes: 13 - Ald. D'Amato, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Wade, Dudzik, Sanchez, Witkowski, Nardelli, Murphy and Hines.
Noes: 1 - Ald. Davis.

ALD. SANCHEZ moved that the Committee do now rise.
ALD. NARDELLI moved for renewal of the Class "B" Tavern license of Debra Seibel for the premises at 312 W. Plainfield Ave. ("Plainfield Pub") without the 10-day suspension.
The motion failed by the following vote:
Ayes: 2 - Ald. Richards and Nardelli.
Noes: 12 - Ald. Davis, D'Amato, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Wade, Dudzik, Sanchez, Witkowski, Murphy and Hines
Excused: 2 - Ald. Breier and Pratt.
ALD. BOHL moved for approval of File 030599 as amended.
The motion prevailed.
Ayes: 14 - Ald. Davis, D'Amato, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Wade, Dudzik, Sanchez, Witkowski, Nardelli, Murphy and Hines.
