Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Wells Street LLC and will allow for other uses within the existing building other than the currently allowed city club use.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 924 East Wells Street, Tax Key No. 393-0631-000, from Detailed Planned Development (DPD) to Downtown Residential and Specialty Use (C9B).
