Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable.  After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
 
4th Aldermanic District
 
E. Knapp St. - N. Water St. to N. Broadway (WT410021039):  Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)
 
N. Market St. - E. Juneau Ave. to E. Knapp St. (WT410021040):  Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)
 
N. 9th St. - W. Winnebago St. to The Park Freeway (WT410021037):  Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)
 
6th Aldermanic District

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
