Whereas, The Employes' Retirement System/Annuity and Pension Board have negotiated a contract with the firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, S.C. to provide them with representation relative to negotiating a potential global settlement of current pension litigation as well as other matters where they provide representation to the Employee Retirement System/Annuity and Pension Board; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the sum of $5,000 be appropriated from the Common Council Contingent Fund (09-910-8000) to the Outside Counsel/Expert Witness Special Purpose Account ( 01-023-8001) and the City Attorney's Office Account (01-023-8002) for the purpose of retaining Whtye Hirschboeck Dudek, S.C. to represent the Employes' Retirement System /Annuity and Pension Board in negotiating a potential global settlement of current pension litigation; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the attached agreement with Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, S.C. be approved for an amount not to exceed $5,000 at a rate not to exceed $150 an hour, such amounts to be expended upon the presentation of invoices for service to the Office of the City, and meeting with the approval of the Office of the C...
