This ordinance will authorize the City Plan Commission to review and approve site plans for the development of this property.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-91.0031. The zoning map is amended to establish a Site Plan Review Overlay District for the area bounded by a line 1,118 feet East and parallel to the East line of North 84th Street; the centerline of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company's right of way, the centerline of North 84th Street and a line 742 feet South and parallel to the South line of West Mill Road.
